This controversial film, produced by Sweetshop, aimed to help raise vital funds for the NHS Charities Together Covid Appeal. Using real NHS professionals the film was produced over a 4-week period during lockdown. The film features a supposed Santa Claus recovering in hospital, who, after being discharged, leaves a special gift for a nurse. The film was shot via remote Zoom and features an exclusive rerecording of ‘People Help the People’ by British singer songwriter, Birdy.
